T&P Engineering Solutions is building a dedicated industrial electrical engineering capability to complement our established pipework, fabrication, welding and mechanical project delivery. This allows clients to bring more of their industrial project scope under one coordinated delivery team.
Scope of service
Electrical Installation
Our electrical capability can support power, control, instrumentation and communication cabling; cable pulling and routing; equipment installation; junction boxes and marshalling cabinets; switchgear and distribution equipment; motors, drives and control panels; and lighting and emergency lighting systems.
Cable Containment Systems
Services can include cable trays and ladder systems, trunking and conduit, structural supports and brackets, modifications and extensions, and containment work in restricted-access or hazardous-area environments.
Cable Termination & Connections
Our team can support LV, HV and control cable terminations, cable gland installation, cleats and termination kits, panel and junction-box connections, and associated inspection, testing and verification.
ATEX & Hazardous Areas
T&P has in-house electrical personnel with appropriate ATEX hazardous-area competency. This supports installation and maintenance activities involving Ex-rated equipment, hazardous-area lighting, junction boxes and enclosures, glanding and associated hazardous-area requirements.
Testing, Inspection & Commissioning
Electrical services can include testing, continuity and insulation resistance testing, fault finding and diagnostics, commissioning, inspection and certification support in accordance with the applicable project requirements.
Maintenance & Shutdown Support
Our developing electrical division can support preventative and planned maintenance, shutdown and turnaround activities, plant upgrades, brownfield modifications and defect rectification alongside T&P's mechanical and fabrication teams.
Mechanical & Electrical Design
Atomax-UK provides mechanical and electrical design capability and works closely with T&P Engineering Solutions. This relationship allows design requirements to be coordinated with fabrication, mechanical installation and electrical site delivery.
Integrated Project Delivery
Combining T&P's fabrication, coded welding, pipework, mechanical installation and electrical capability with Atomax-UK design support and EMFS Solutions mechanical services provides a strong platform for increasingly complete industrial project packages, from survey and design through fabrication, installation, testing, commissioning and handover.
