Overview
T&P Engineering Solutions provides specialist pipework fabrication and installation services for industrial, process, energy and infrastructure projects throughout the UK. From replacement spools and plant modifications through to larger fabricated pipework systems, we support fabrication, coded welding, installation, testing and mechanical completion.
Scope of service
Workshop Fabrication
Our own fabrication facilities support carbon steel and stainless-steel pipework, fabricated spools, flanged and welded assemblies, valves and fittings, equipment connections, pipe supports and associated steelwork. Carbon and stainless fabrication are undertaken in totally separate buildings to support material segregation.
Site Installation
Our site teams support new installations, modifications, replacements and tie-ins to existing plant. Activities can include pipe fitting, coded welding, rigging and lifting coordination, valve and equipment installation, pressure testing and completion works.
Design to Installation
Working closely with Atomax-UK, our mechanical and electrical design partner, projects can progress from survey and design development into practical fabrication and site installation.
Quality
Weld identification, material traceability, NDT coordination, pressure testing and completion documentation can be incorporated to suit project requirements. Our quality framework is supported by ISO 9001, ISO 3834-2 and BS EN 1090-2.
