T&P Engineering Solutions provides engineering, fabrication and site resources for planned shutdowns, outages and industrial maintenance programmes.
Scope of service
Shutdown Preparation
We aim to complete as much work as practical before the shutdown window, including surveys, dimensional checks, design coordination, prefabrication, spool manufacture, material preparation, lift planning and installation sequencing.
Site Resources
Depending on project requirements, we can provide pipefitters, coded welders, fabricators, supervision, rigging support and associated labour. A high proportion of our personnel are confined-space trained, and day/night shift working can be supported where required.
Integrated Support
Atomax-UK can provide mechanical and electrical design support, while EMFS Solutions complements the project team as our mechanical services partner. T&P also maintains in-house ATEX electrical capability for relevant hazardous-area works.
Maintenance & Modifications
Typical scopes include replacement pipework, tie-ins, valve changes, equipment connections, structural modifications, repairs and mechanical installation work.
