T&P Engineering Solutions provides fabrication, installation, modification and maintenance support for pipework and associated systems within biogas and anaerobic digestion facilities. We understand the demands of operational process plant, hazardous areas, restricted access and defined shutdown periods.
Scope of service
Capabilities
Our scope can include process pipework, fabricated spools, valves and fittings, equipment connections, supports, coded welding, replacement pipework, plant modifications, pressure testing and mechanical completion.
Hazardous-Area Support
Our in-house electrical capability includes personnel with appropriate ATEX hazardous-area competency, enabling closer coordination between pipework, mechanical and electrical installation activities where required.
Site Competence
A high proportion of our workforce is confined-space trained, supporting projects involving tanks, vessels, restricted plant areas and other controlled-access environments where applicable.
Design Coordination
Atomax-UK supports our mechanical and electrical design requirements, while T&P Engineering Solutions provides the practical fabrication and installation capability to deliver the engineered solution.
