Scope of service
Qualified Welding Capability
Our coded welding capability is supported by welding procedures and appropriately qualified welding personnel working to applicable project, material, process and quality requirements.
Separate Carbon & Stainless Facilities
Carbon steel fabrication is undertaken in our dedicated carbon steel workshop, while stainless steel is fabricated in a totally separate building to support segregation and minimise cross-contamination risk.
Inspection & Traceability
Where required, welding can be supported by weld maps, welder identification, material traceability and coordinated NDT, including radiographic, ultrasonic, magnetic particle and dye penetrant examination where specified.
Accreditations
Our welding and fabrication quality framework is supported by ISO 9001, ISO 3834-2 and BS EN 1090-2 accreditation/certification.
